Senior Marketing Lead
SEW - Gateway to a career never considered before
I am working as Sr. Marketing Lead and my role primarily centers on Market research to find opportunities for SEW to transform the way utilities across the globe communicate with their customers. Along with my team, I additionally take care of User Acceptance testing, prepare client facing documents including but not limited to product Value propositions, FAQs and UAT scripts for the flagship product of SEW, Smart Customer Mobile (SCM®).
I have been working with SEW for the past 3.3 years and it places me in a collaborative working environment that allows its employees to always focus on providing the best services for all stakeholders. I have experienced that our work here is recognized and never overlooked. SEW has always provided continuous support for my development through various facilities and initiatives for exposure, thereby inculcating a sense of symbiotic association with SEW.
SEW has introduced me to career that I had never considered before. Not only did the company provide me a challenge to have a better career, but it also shaped me as a responsible individual, having strong integrity, and the willingness to continue learning from the multiple initiatives that have been developed. I have been continually given support by the management.
SEW is the first organization I joined after completing my MBA. I am glad to have started my corporate journey with SEW as I have witnessed that the management always motivates each and every employee to build their career. They encourage the teams and information regarding the company success is shared openly, for the employees to relate and realize their accountability and towards SEW. This work culture of SEW sets it apart from other organizations.
My association with SEW has inspired me both personally and professionally. At a personal level I have been able to understand and analyze the environmental challenges across the globe and have now developed a radical thinking to contribute in solving critical environmental concerns. And on a professional front I have ended up learning a lot more than I thought I would be able to in the time span and this has inspired me to pass on my learnings related to the business, stakeholder requirements and client satisfaction to other team members as well to keep them motivated.
I have always believed that simple actions can make waves of difference. Being an empowered customer I make sure to contribute in environmental well-being by living a sustainable life by saving energy and thus saving the resources.
